from what i’ve seen, NYC graffiti is way more original than Chi-town’s
A lot of folks here trying to graduate beyond just tag graffiti into something more artistic. The amount of graffiti is significantly less than it was 30-40 years ago (especially in/on the subway system), but there’s still so much that you have to be pretty original just to compete with everyone else.
